First baseman Aaron Grijalva confers with first base coach Jeremiah Boles

The upcoming baseball series between the Columbia Lions and the Liberty Flames has been moved from Worthington Stadium to Lynchburg's City Stadium.

The entire four-game series, scheduled for Thursday through Saturday, will be played at City Stadium.

First pitch on Thursday is scheduled for 3 p.m. On Friday, the two squads will play a doubleheader beginning at Noon.  The final game of the series will begin at 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Admission is free.
