The Flames bettered their first round team total by 25 strokes on Sunday; however, a majority of the field also saw a second day improvement leaving Liberty in a tie for 10th place out of 14 teams at the conclusion of the Princeton Invitational.

Liberty finished the first day of competition at the par 71, 6,390 yard Springdale Golf Club in a tie for 12th after carding a 34-over 318, but turned things around on Sunday as the Flames fired a nine-over par 293 to finish the two-day event with a 43-over par 611 along with St. John's (312-299-611).
