The Flames conclude a short two-game road trip when they travel to Blacksburg, Va., to face ACC foe, the Virginia Tech Hokies, Wednesday evening, inside Cassell Coliseum. Additionally, an Internet audio broadcast on LibertyFlames.com will be available.
Liberty enters tonight's contest coming off a 73-70 defeat at the hands of the Campbell Camels, breaking the Flames' three-game winning streak. Alex McLean collected his fourth double-double of the season with 20 points and 11 rebounds in the losing cause.

The Flames entered the Presbyterian game on the heels of its second-straight victory, an 86-81 triumph over Niagara on Dec. 1, a team that has three-straight postseason appearances (two NCAA, one NIT) to its credit.
Anthony Smith connected on a three-point bucket with 23 seconds remaining, putting Liberty ahead for good. B.J. Jenkins tallied a career-high 24 points in the victory.

Rell Porter Will Play in His 100th Career Game at Virginia Tech
Senior Rell Porter has currently played in 99 contests during his Liberty career. Tonight's contest at Virginia Tech should mark the 100th game in which he has appeared for the Flames. The Liberty record for games played is 122, set by Larry Blair last year. Porter is set to become the 25th player in program history to appear in 100 career games. Should Porter appear in every game this year, he will reach 120 career games played during the quarterfinal of the Big South Championship, which would place him tied for second with Karl Hess (1977-1980) and Steve Isaacs (1980-83). The Big South record is 123, set last season by Winthrop's Craig Bradshaw and Philip Williams.
