Liberty sophomore outfielder Jasmeen Click received national attention for her sensational diving catch on Tuesday against Virginia Tech, being featured on SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays.

With two out and two runners on in the top of the seventh inning, Virginia Tech's Vanessa Gonzalez sent a liner into the left-center gap that was ticketed for extra bases. Click raced from center, making a terrific diving catch to keep Liberty's deficit at one, 3-2, heading into the home half of the seventh.

Last night's play was the latest in a series of highlight-reel catches for Click, who leads the team in outfield putouts and stolen bases.

This is the second time that Liberty softball has been featured on SportsCenter's Top 10, joining Rylee Reynolds' diving catch against Gardner-Webb, April 29, 2016. Reynolds' catch kept Julia DiMartino's no-hitter alive.

The Big South-leading Lady Flames (32-17, 13-2 Big South) head to Rock Hill, S.C., for a weekend series at Winthrop. Friday's game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., while the two teams will contest a doubleheader on Saturday at 2 p.m.
