He has never suited up for Liberty or played a minute for the Flames, but he is a part of the team. If you attend a Liberty men's basketball game, you have not only seen super fan, J.J. McCracken, but you have most definitely heard him.

The Flames will be losing one of its biggest fans in Lynchburg this year as McCracken, a senior at Liberty University, will be graduating from Liberty's aviation program. Not only will they be losing a fan at home, but also on the road as McCracken has traveled to see the Flames at every Big South venue. This year, Liberty head coach Ritchie McKay and the team wanted to show their gratitude for all of the support he gives to the team. In Liberty's victory at Longwood this season, McKay invited McCracken into the locker where they wwere greeted with high fives, hugs and McCracken's signature screech.

Liberty's Game On caught up with McCracken and a few members of the basketball team to talk the legend of "Da Cracken."
