Countdown to Kickoff: Liberty's Premium and Reserved Seating Nearly Sold Out of Season Tickets

2007 Countdown to Kickoff Central

LibertyFlames.com's Countdown to Kickoff coverage concludes its month-long web campaign today as the clock is ready to slip under 24 hours until Liberty's season opener against Tusculum on Saturday evening (7:05 kickoff).

Excitement abounds for tomorrow's football game, setting season tickets numbers to an all-time high. With the close of the business day looming, the Flames Ticket Office is reporting both the premium and reserved seating areas at Williams Stadium are nearly sold out, with season tickets claimed reaching over 1,600.

Just two years ago, Liberty sold 132 season tickets for the 2005 campaign, while the beginning of the Danny Rocco era in 2006 saw year-end season ticket sales swell to a then program-record 413.
The Flames Ticket Office will be open two hours prior to tomorrow evening's game at 5 p.m., where fans will still have an opportunity to grab the remaining best seats in the house. Fans can purchase tickets at either the North or South Gates.

Season tickets for the premium area are no longer on sale, but fans can still purchase season tickets in the reserved area for $52.00 per ticket. General admission season tickets are priced at $35.00. The Flames Athletic Department also offers a Family Plan for $150.00, giving fans four reserved season tickets for each home game.

For more information about ticketing, please contact the Flames Ticket Office at (434) 582-SEAT (7328).
