Head coach Jessica Hain's women's soccer team won the Big South Team Sportsmanship Award for the fourth year in a row.

The Liberty men's tennis, men's outdoor track & field, women's soccer and softball teams all earned Big South Team Sportsmanship Awards during the 2013-14 athletic season, as voted upon by conference student-athletes.

Both the men's outdoor track & field and women's soccer squads won the award for the fourth straight year and the sixth time overall in nine seasons. Meanwhile, the men's tennis team repeated its award from 2013 and the softball squad garnered its first Big South Team Sportsmanship Award since 2009.

Liberty teams have now totaled 52 Big South Team Sportsmanship Awards since the award's inception in 2005-06, averaging more than five awards per athletic year.

The Flames finished second to VMI in the final Big South Institutional Sportsmanship Award standings. The Keydets claimed their eighth Big South Institutional Sportsmanship Award in nine seasons.
