Lady Flames' Israel Journey: Day 12
On Tuesday, the Lady Flames said goodbye to Israel and began the long trip back home to Lynchburg. The team, which had previously spent time at the Sea of Galilee, Jordan River, Dead Sea and Red Sea during the trip, took in a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea in Tel Aviv on the way to the airport.
Another of Tuesday's highlights saw head coach Carey Green (@libertywbbcoach) make his long-awaited and highly-anticipated debut on Twitter.
Along those lines, we'll let social media tell the story of the Lady Flames' final day in Israel. Keep an eye on LibertyFlames.com the next couple days for a recap of the team's travels back to the United States and some final thoughts about the two-week trip.
