The Big South regular season champions and No. 1 seed Liberty Flames will open the 2014 Big South Baseball Championship against the No. 8 seed Gardner-Webb Runnin' Bulldogs, tomorrow at Winthrop Ballpark in Rock Hill, S.C. First pitch is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.

The Flames posted a program record for Big South victories with a 23-3 conference mark in 2014 to capture the top seed for this week's conference championship.  Liberty, the defending Big South Champion, enters the week with a 39-14 overall record.
