The Lady Flames will return to action on Wednesday when the begin play at the Bank of Hawaii Invitational.

Due to poor field conditions because of soaking rains in the greater Honolulu area, Liberty's doubleheader against Hawaii Pacific was cancelled on Tuesday. The non-conference twinbill will not be made up due to Liberty's prearranged travel schedule.

The Lady Flames, who are coming off a third-place finish at last weekend's Hawaiian Airlines Spring Fling Tournament, return to Hawaii's campus to participate in the Bank of Hawaii Invitational starting tomorrow.

The schedule for the Bank of Hawaii Invitational has also been alters as Arkansas – Pine Bluff recently pulled out of the tournament.

Liberty, who will only participate in pool play during the event due to the team's travel schedule, opens the tournament against host Hawaii who is fresh off claiming the title at last week's Hawaiian Airlines Spring Fling Tournament. The Rainbow Warriors downed the Lady Flames, 6-0, last week during the event in the team's only meeting.

Liberty faces Hawaii at 4 p.m. (local time) to open play at the event on Wednesday. The Lady Flames will then square off against Nevada at Noon (local time) and California at 2 p.m. (local time) on Thursday before closing out play at the event against Baylor at 2 p.m. (local time) on Friday.
