Next Three LFSN Football Broadcasts to Air on MASN
Liberty begins a three-game football homestand next weekend against VMI, which will be the first of three Liberty Flames Sports Network (LFSN) broadcasts to air on MASN during the month of November.
For the fifth year in a row, MASN will air the second half of Liberty's home football schedule, starting with its in-state battle against Big South foe VMI. The Military Appreciation game is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. from Williams Stadium.
MASN will also air the Liberty Flames Sports Network's broadcast of the Flames' gridiron battle with Presbyterian College on Nov. 9 and Brevard on Nov. 16. Start time for both games is scheduled for 3:30 p.m., and the broadcast crew of Mike Tilley and Ray Jones will have the call from Williams Stadium for all the November games.
The Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN) is a regional sports network owned by two Major League Baseball franchises (Washington Nationals and Baltimore Orioles)
The network is available in a seven-state region, from Harrisburg, Pa., to Charlotte, N.C., on 29 cable and fiber optic providers, and is televised nationally via satellite providers DirecTV and Dish Network. Since MASN launched a full-time, 24/7 schedule in July 2006, the network has televised more than 600 professional and NCAA Division I collegiate events annually.
The additional outlets that MASN provides to Liberty strengthen the already strong LFSN network. The expansive outreach of LFSN has grown tremendously during the last year, reaching more than 80 million households in the United States.
All LFSN television games broadcast in full HD quality and originate from the Liberty Channel (WTLU), the network's flagship station.
