Flames Club Hosts Successful Director's Day Event
Last Thursday, Flames Club members at the Director's level and higher were welcomed to the Club Pavilion of the Williams Stadium Tower for the fifth annual Flames Football Director's Day.
During the event, qualified Flames Club members ($2,500 donors and higher) were allowed to select their individual seat locations for the upcoming 2013 football season.
The event ran from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and members were welcomed in different time slots based upon their contribution level and amount of loyalty points accumulated. In addition to selecting their seats, members were able to enjoy refreshments, provided by Liberty University's Sodexo catering services.
A Flames Club-record 71 members took part in the annual event, selecting a record 459 seats in the stadium's elite preferred seating area (increase of nine percent over last year). This year, Liberty's football schedule features seven home games, beginning with the home opener against future Big South foe Monmouth on Sept. 7 (7 p.m.).
