The Liberty Lady Flames host East Tennessee State on Tuesday afternoon to kick off a string of three consecutive home matches. The non-conference matchup is set to begin at 1 p.m. at the Sports Racket.

Liberty will be looking for its first win of the 2013 season, while East Tennessee State enters the match with a season mark of 1-0.

The Lady Flames will be playing their third match in four days, after dropping a pair of contests over the weekend.

Liberty fell in a hard-fought match on Saturday against Charlotte, 4-2, at the Sports Racket, before a 6-1 setback to Virginia Tech on Sunday evening.

Cameron Richard and Valerie Thong highlighted play over the weekend for the Lady Flames. The tandem collected doubles wins over Charlotte's Tyler Baker and Jessica Perez, 8-2, and Virginia Tech's Megan Conley and Mariana Silva, 8-4.

Rebekah Jenkins, Brittany Yang and Nicola Wellman picked up wins in singles play over the weekend for the Lady Flames.

Liberty will be looking for its first win ever against the Pirates. East Tennessee State has won each of the previous three meetings, including last season's 5-2 triumph in Johnson City.

East Tennessee State will be playing its first match since Feb. 3, when the Pirates defeated Middle Tennessee State in their season opener, 4-1.

The Pirates duo of Lyn Yee Choo and Anna Gerbasi enter the match as the No. 8 ranked doubles pair in the ITA's Ohio Valley region.

The last time East Tennessee State started a season 2-0 was in 2008, when the Pirates defeated Milligan and Eastern Kentucky to open the campaign.

The Lady Flames will continue their three-game home stand on Feb. 20 against Longwood in their Big South Conference opener. The match is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. at the Hershey-Esbenshade Tennis Courts.
