As the Flames Sports Network continues to recap the 2012 football season, FSN looks back at the Top 10 moments of the year, continuing today with moment No. 4.

The next moment in the Top 10 series spanned the entire 2012 season and culminated with Josh Woodrum being named the Big South Freshman of the Year in November.

The redshirt freshman took over as Liberty's starting quarterback against Montana on Sept. 15 and used the following nine games to put together one of the finest rookie seasons in Liberty history.

Woodrum finished the year setting a program freshman record with 1,963 total offensive yards and second most freshman passing yards. In his first season under center for the Flames, Woodrum completed 183-of-267 passing attempts for 1,966 passing yards and 11 touchdowns.

Woodrum became the second Liberty player in program history to earn Big South Freshman of the Year honors and he finished 13th in the final voting for the Sports Network's Jerry Rice Award (top FCS freshman in the country).

Be sure to check back each weekday during the next week, as the Flames Sports Network and LibertyFlames.com continue to reveal the Top 10 moments of the 2012 football season. The No. 1 moment will be revealed on Dec. 28.
