Fans will be able to interact during Saturday's Liberty-N.C. State football game during LibertyFlames.com's first-ever football CoveritLive blog.

To enhance its coverage of Saturday's season opener at N.C. State, LibertyFlames.com will feature the website's first-ever football CoveritLive blog. The interactive blog will go live from Carter-Finley Stadium at approximately 5:30 p.m. and continue through the end of the game.

The blog will discuss game highlights and notes, as well as display photos depicting the scene in Raleigh. Fans are encouraged to ask questions and offer opinions as they cheer on the Flames.

LibertyFlames.com has previously utilized CoveritLive blogs at various women's basketball, track & field, swimming and wrestling events. Click here for an example CoverItLive blog from the 2010 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Saturday's CoveritLive blog will be the first of seven planned during the 2011 football season. All six home games at Williams Stadium, beginning with the Sept. 10 contest against Robert Morris, will also feature CoveritLive blogs on LibertyFlames.com.
