On Monday, Liberty's football team held its first practice in full pads, working out during the afternoon hours on the grass practice field adjacent the Williams Football Operations Center.

During today's practice video recap provided by the Flames Sports Network, "Voice of the Flames" Alan York had a chance to catch up with head football coach Danny Rocco and senior quarterback Mike Brown.

Tomorrow, the Flames will hold their first of three two-a-day practices during this year's training camp. Liberty will practice in full pads during the morning hours (9:00 to 10:55) on the turf at Williams Stadium, while working out in "shells" during the afternoon (3:00 to 4:55) on the practice field.
