On Dec. 19, the Liberty men's basketball team decided to give back to the community by hosting its first-ever Christmas Clinic. Over 100 children in first through sixth grade participated in the free 90-minute session, receiving basketball instruction from Liberty coaches and players.

Afterwards, the team held a pizza party for the participants, who stuck around to watch the Flames defeat Central Penn, 94-65.

The following video features highlights from the event, as well as interviews from redshirt freshman guard Ryan Kemrite and Matt Olinger, director of basketball operations.

The Flames return to action, Thursday, squaring off with UNC Asheville on the road. Game time inside Kimmel Arena is slated for 7 p.m.
