Before the Liberty women's basketball team departed for Myrtle Beach Wednesday morning, Alan York of the Liberty Flames Sports Network caught up with redshirt senior team captain Emily Frazier to preview Thursday's game at Coastal Carolina.

Big South-leading Liberty (9-5, 5-0 Big South) will play at Coastal Carolina (7-6, 1-3 Big South) Thursday at 5 p.m. inside The HTC Center. The Lady Flames have recorded 42 straight victories over the Chanticleers, marking the second longest active streak in NCAA Division I women's basketball.

Liberty has won three straight games since returning from Christmas break and is the only remaining unbeaten team in Big South Conference play. Meanwhile, the Chanticleers have dropped four games in a row following a 7-2 start to the season.

Thursday's game will be played at The HTC Center, which will host the Big South Men's and Women's Basketball Championships for the third consecutive season, March 3-8.
