Flames fans will have a chance to get a sneak peek at the 2014-15 Liberty men's basketball team, this Monday. The Flames will hold a blue-white scrimmage at 7 p.m. in the Vines Center. The event is free and open to the public.

The scrimmage will make the third time the Flames have hosted the event under head coach Dale Layer. Last year, the blue squad defeated the white team, 61-49, thanks in part to a 20-point performance by Davon Marshall.

This year, the Flames feature a new cast of characters accompanying returners Tomasz Gielo, redshirt freshman Ryan Kemrite, Ethan Layer, Joe Retic and Andrew Smith. Liberty's newcomers include transfers David Andoh, James Johnson and Theo Johnson along with freshmen Jordan Dembley, Calvin Hoffman, Evan Maxwell, Peter Moller, A.C. Reid and Ezra Talbert.

Be sure to check back with LibertyFlames.com for a full recap of the scrimmage as well as other features leading up to the 2014-15 season.
