Liberty to Host Softball Fall Round Robin, Saturday
Parking Garage Map
The Liberty softball team will open its 2014 fall schedule by hosting four teams during its Fall Round Robin, Saturday.
The Lady Flames are scheduled to play three games in the new Liberty Softball Stadium on Saturday, beginning with a 10 a.m. contest against Grace College (Ind.). Liberty will then host crosstown opponent Randolph College at 2:30 p.m., before facing Lynchburg College at 7 p.m.
Due to continuing construction on Liberty Softball Stadium and a large number of events on campus, fans are encouraged to enter campus through the vehicular tunnel off of Wards Road. Once on campus, spectators should turn right onto Regents Parkway, and park in the parking garage next to the Reber-Thomas Dining Hall. After parking, please use the south exit on the second level of the parking garage, facing Reber-Thomas Dining Hall. Turn left out of the parking garage to follow the path, which is lined with construction fence, to the only current available entrance on the first-base side of the stadium.
A majority of the games in which Liberty is not playing will be held at Liberty's old softball complex, the Liberty Softball Field. The Liberty Softball Field (Field 2) is located on the south end of campus.
