Liberty Men's Soccer to Host Four Teams Ranked Nationally

The Liberty Flames men's soccer team will host four teams currently ranked in the national polls, this season at Osborne Stadium.

Starting with Davidson, ranked No. 25 in the NCSAA on Saturday, the Flames will host No. 12 American on Oct. 15 and No. 18 Coastal Carolina on Oct. 18, along with Campbell, ranked No. 25 in the SoccerAmerica poll on Nov. 5 at Osborne Stadium.

Off to their best start since 1997, the Liberty Flames men's soccer team is listed 10th in the current South Atlantic regional poll.

Liberty enters the week with a 4-0-1 record.  The mark is the best start to a season by the Flames since 1997, when they opened the year 8-0, on the way to a 13-4 overall record.

Liberty will face No. 25 Davidson Saturday at Osborne Stadium.  Match time is scheduled for Noon.  Davidson is one of four teams that Liberty will host this season which is nationally ranked.
