Frequently Asked Questions

Thank you for helping us by submitting your questions about Varsity Club membership!  Here is a list of the most common questions we have received:


  • Q: How do I apply my LUVC discount to athletics tickets?

A: Just give the Liberty ticket office a ring at 434-582-CLUB (2582) to check on availability and apply your Varsity Club discount when buying tickets.


  • Q: Where is the special/designated LUVC football seating located?

A: The club will be cheering from Section 107 of Williams Stadium.


  • Q: Am I automatically enrolled in the Flames Club?

A: No, but the process is easy! Just call the Flames Club at 434-582-CLUB (2582) and let them know that you are an LUVC member. They’ll take care of your free, member-level registration — all you have to do is renew it annually!


  • Q: Where is my t-shirt?

A: On its way! Our LUVC shirts typically take 2-3 weeks to ship depending on current stock. If you receive your packet first, don’t worry — we mail them separately so you’ll know we haven’t forgotten about you!


  • Q: Do I need a membership card or ID of some sort?

A: Not currently. We have explored the option of membership cards for future use as the club grows; but for now, we have Flames Pass scanners at all events for those that have them and can use LUID or other contact information to easily verify those that don’t.
