2nd Annual Football Fan Fest
Come watch your football team on Saturday, Aug. 17, in their final scrimmage to conclude summer camp. Following the scrimmage, players and coaches will greet fans, sign autographs, and pose for photos on the main concourse. There will be special giveaways, along with the Flames Kidz Zone setup. Gates open at 6 p.m. and the scrimmage will be held from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. At approximately 9 p.m., fans will be permitted to come down to the field to run out of the tunnel in a simulated rendition of the team entry. The event is free and open to the public, and the Liberty Flames Sports Network will provide a live broadcast. Flames Club members are invited to enjoy a free member appreciation dinner in the Flames Club tent at Fan Fest, but you must RSVP by calling 434-582-CLUB (2582) or emailing FlamesClub@liberty.edu by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14.
Flames Club Luncheons
Club Pavilion and Club Seats – Football
Available to members at the Director’s Level and higher who purchase club seats, the third floor of the Football Tower features an 11,000-square-foot Club Pavilion that presents an outstanding view from the Williams Stadium upper deck, and opens to 788 padded club seats and three terrace balconies. Open two hours prior to kickoff and during the game, the Club Pavilion features exclusive restrooms, eight LCD flat-panel TV’s, and spacious accommodations with lounge furniture and high-top tables for enjoyment of premium dining and hospitality. Additional club seats may be purchased by qualified members, if available, only until 5 p.m. on the Wednesday before each home game.
Flames Club Tent – Football
The Flames Club Tent opens 90 minutes before kickoff for each home game for members at the Eagle Level ($100) and higher. An outstanding tailgate-style meal is provided for a nominal fee, with season ticket holders at the Coaches Level ($500) and higher being eligible for complimentary passes with advance RSVP, based upon membership level. Advance purchase or RSVP by 5 p.m. on the Wednesday before each home game is required for all qualified members to receive discounted pricing and to be guaranteed admission.
DeMoss Hall Grand Atrium – Men’s & Women’s Basketball
All Flame Level members and higher are invited to the pregame hospitality events held in the DeMoss Hall Grand Atrium before select Saturday men’s and women’s home games and double-headers. All season ticket holders at the Cornerstone Level and higher qualify for complimentary passes, based upon membership level, with advance RSVP required by 5 p.m. on the Wednesday before each dinner. Advance purchase is also required by Wednesday at 5 p.m. for qualified members purchasing tickets in order to receive discounted pricing and guaranteed admission.
