As members of the Liberty swimming & diving team prepare for the 2014 NCAA Division I Women's Swimming & Diving Championships, Alan York of LFSN caught up with head coach Jake Shellenberger, along with senior Emilie Kaufman and sophomore Jess Reinhardt.

Shellenberger provided his reactions to the Lady Flames' first-ever CCSA Championship title, along with insight into the team's preparations for this week's national meet. Reinhardt, who will compete at NCAA Nationals for the second time in as many years, discussed how her experience from last year helps her prepare this season. Kaufman will be making her first trip to nationals, and she talked about her training, along with expectations for the meet.

The 2014 NCAA Division I Women's Swimming & Diving Championships will be held this Thursday through Saturday in Minneapolis, Minn. Reinhardt (50 free, 100 fly, 200 fly) will compete all three days of the meet, while Kaufman will swim in the 100 breaststroke and 200 breaststroke. Kaufman and Reinhardt will be joined by sophomore Kendall Hough and junior Meghan Babcock in the 200 medley relay on Friday.
