On Sunday night, the Liberty Lady Flames field hockey team, along with members of the Liberty athletics staff and friends and family of the team, gathered together to watch the NCAA Field Hockey Tournament selection show.

During the evening, Nick Pierce of the Liberty Flames Sports Network was able to catch up with head coach Jodi Murphy and get her thoughts on the Lady Flames NorPac title run and their NCAA play-in game against No. 17 Delaware. Pierce also interviewed Liberty's three All-Tournament team honorees Natalie Barr, Bethany Barr and tournament MVP Ann Jefferis.

The Lady Flames will square off against the Blue Hens on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Delaware's Rullo Stadium. Liberty (17-4) punched its ticket to the NCAA Tournament by upsetting No. 10 Stanford, 2-1, on Saturday to claim the NorPac Championship title. Delaware (16-4) earned a berth into the NCAA Tournament by winning the Colonial Athletic Association title on Sunday with a 5-1 victory against Northeastern.
