Previewing the Lady Flames
Liberty (2-12, 1-3 Big South) returned home last weekend after playing five consecutive road contests. The Lady Flames fell in a pair of league games to High Point, 17-5, and Coastal Carolina, 7-6. In its last road contest, Liberty doubled up Presbyterian College, 20-10, on April 6. The Lady Flames are 1-8 in away games this season.

Sam Struss leads Liberty's offensive attack with 31 goals and 38 points. Kallie Britton paces the squad with 13 helpers, and is one of four Lady Flames with 25 or more points this season. Britton also tops the team in ground balls with 32. Nina Dunay leads Liberty with 18 caused turnovers, while also adding 18 goals and eight assists.

Morgan Becker has had a prolific season on the draw for Liberty. The Round Hill, Va., native ranks second in the Big South and 29th in the nation in draw controls per game (3.86). Becker has 54 total draws for the year and needs just one more to break the program's single season record, which she now shares with former Lady Flame Kacie Fogle.

Goalkeeper Kristen Masullo has started all 14 games this season for Liberty. The senior ranks second in the Big South with a .444 save percentage and leads the league with 134 saves overall. Masullo has allowed 168 goals for a goals-against average of 14.18.

Previewing the Wildcats
Davidson (8-5, 4-0 Big South) has been on the winning side of its last seven games in a row to tie the school record set just a year ago. The Wildcats last loss came on March 16 versus Villanova. Davidson is currently in a three-way tie for the top spot in the conference with High Point and Longwood.

The Wildcats are led in scoring this season by Ann Fucigna with 41 points (26 goals, 15 assists) and Emma Sissman with 38 points (37 goals, 1 assist). Emily Cooke, Davidson's all-time leader in assists, paces the squad with 25 helpers this season, ranking her third in the Big South. Sissman leads the league and ranks 24th in the nation in draw controls per game with 4.08.  Paige Logan tops Davidson in ground balls (28) and caused turnovers (13).

In between the pipes, Katy Boyle has played every minute this season for the Wildcats. Boyle has notched 89 saves and a .430 save percentage. The goalkeeper has surrendered 118 goals for a goals-against average of 9.01, which ranks her second in the Big South.

Looking Ahead
The Lady Flames close out the regular season next weekend with a pair of league matchups at Liberty Lacrosse Field. On April 15, Liberty faces Winthrop, before playing its regular season finale against Longwood on April 27. The contest against the Lancers will serve as Senior Day for Liberty's Jillian Krick, Kristen Masullo, Jen Moyer and Nina Dunay.
