During Liberty's annual Military Appreciation Day football game on Saturday, the Liberty University Athletics Department will be accepting donated items to help support our troops.

Gates at Williams Stadium will open at 1:30 p.m., two hours prior to Liberty's Big South contest against fellow Commonwealth foe VMI (3:30 p.m. kickoff). Designated donation collection areas will be located at the Kids Club, Student Flames Club and Flame Club tents inside the stadium.

Once collected, the items will be provided to the Liberty University Military Affairs Office, who will handle the distribution of the donated items.

For any additional questions about this donation drive, please contact the Liberty University Athletics Marketing department at (434) 582-2100 during normal business hours.

The Liberty University Athletics Department would like to thank you in advance as you help support those that fight to defend our freedoms each and every day.
