The Lady Flames women's swimming team returned to Lynchburg this week after an eight-day training trip to Florida. Now, they prepare for a tri-meet against VMI and Mount St. Mary's, slated for this Saturday at 2 p.m. in Lexington, Va.

Nick Pierce sat down with head coach Jake Shellenberger to recap the Florida trip, and preview what's coming up for the team with the CCSA conference championships looming.
