Replacements for expiring P-Cards typically arrive at the P-Card Office 2-3 weeks prior to the P-Card expiration month. Upon arrival, the P-Card Office will email Cardholders with the instructions detailing how to pick up the new P-Card. All Cardholders picking up replacement P-Cards must:
Finance 100 is available in a classroom setting or online. Enroll in either of these classes through the Professional Development Portal under the Courses → Finance tab (FINC_100). If you choose to take the online course, be aware the training materials will be available in Blackboard the morning after enrolling in the course.
To request a replacement P-Card for a P-Card that is broken or worn to the point that it is no longer usable, please email pcard@liberty.edu. The replacement will arrive at the P-Card Office within 7-10 business days from the date of the request. The P-Card Office will contact you by phone or email when the card arrives. Please bring your old P-Card with you in exchange for the replacement.
If your P-Card is lost or stolen, or if you see transactions on your P-Card account which you did not authorize, call one of the following immediately to close your card and order a replacement:
During business hours (M-F 7:30 am-5:00 pm), call the P-Card Office at (434) 592-3346. The P-Card Office will assist you in the process and instruct you on what to do next.
Outside of business hours, call BB&T at (800) 397-1253 to report the card as lost, stolen, or compromised, then contact the P-Card Office by phone at (434) 592-3346 or by email to alert them about the situation. BB&T will close your card and send you a replacement, but the P-Card Office will follow up with you to instruct you on what to do next.
