• Faculty and Staff

All faculty and staff traveling on official University business should review the Liberty University Travel Policies and Procedures prior to travel, and sign the policy acknowledgement letter.
Liberty University Travel Policies and Procedures

Once travel policies and procedures have been reviewed, all travel should be booked using the Liberty University Booking site or through the Liberty University Travel Office.

• Reserve a minibus, van, or trailer from Liberty University Transit
• Request non-employee travel funds
• Use Elite Status with hotel providers

 Intensive Travel

• Students traveling to Lynchburg

All students traveling to Lynchburg for intensives can book local hotel accommodations as well as any flight or car rental needs through the Liberty University Booking site. You will have access to Liberty University negotiated rates.

 Leisure Travel 

• Liberty University Staff, Faculty, Students, Alumni, Friends & Family

The Liberty University community including all faculty, staff, students, alumni, friends, and family has been provided access to book discounted travel rates for leisure travel. Sorry, these deals are not available through the Liberty University Travel Office.
