You can spot Chip’s smile from a mile away. His smile is followed by the greatest hug on campus. His smile and happy demeanor do not indicate that he suffers from three debilitating disorders. Cerebral Palsy, juvenile diabetes and epilepsy have met their match in Chip Clark. Philip Glen Clark was born on June 25, 1983 in Charleston, W. Va.
