During this time, select facilities will be closed and entry points to certain facilities will be adjusted in order to keep the maximum number of facilities open for member and student use. When you purchase one of our LaHaye Student Union membership packages, you immediately have access to a wide array of recreational facilities on campus which include; LaHaye Recreation and Fitness Center, Tilley Student Center, Thomas Indoor Soccer Center, and Campus East Clubhouse and Outdoor Pool. Summer Membership Eligibility
Resident Students
those who have status as a RESIDENT STUDENT, are financially checked in for the upcoming semester, and pay the activity fee. In this case, the activity fee covers membership costs and resident students are not subject to these fees.
Liberty University Faculty and Staff
who are directly paid by the University are eligible for membership. Faculty and Staff will be asked to present their Flames Pass for verification when registering for membership.
Liberty University Online and Graduate Students
are eligible to purchase memberships during the times they are financially checked in and currently enrolled in classes. LUO/Grad students will be asked to present their Flames Pass for verification of class schedule and financial check-in status.
- LUO/Graduate students are not eligible for "Annual" memberships.
- Membership fees do not apply to Graduate students who have a paid the activity and are financially checked in.
Liberty University Spouses (Summer Only)
are eligible to purchase memberships during the summer session. Spouses of faculty/staff and current students must present their Liberty spouses ID number for verificaiton when registering for membership.
Spouses with a different last name must provide proof of marriage. Accepted documentation for spouses would include one of the following; marriage certificate or documentation of residence at same address (driver's license, household bill, mortgage/rental agreement, credit card bill).
Liberty University Alumni (Summer Only)
are eligible to purchase memberships during the summer session. Alumni must present proof of graduation when registering for memberships. Discount on Summer Swim Pass is not available for Alumni. Alumni spouses are not eligible for LaHaye membership.
Please Note: All students and members are required to present a valid Flames Pass or membership card prior to entering the facilities. Any individuals with an "invalid card" will be denied access and directed to the Card Services office located in Green Hall.

Membership Length Options
Annual - Provides access to all facilities for a full calendar year.
- Refunds will not be issued for closures due to University closures, holiday, facility maintenance, etc. which will occur throughout the year.
Semester - Based on the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.
Monthly - Provides access to all facilities for a 30-day period.
Weekly - Offers one-week (seven-day) access to all facilities during all hours of operation.
Day - Allows access to facilities during all hours of operation on the date of their purchase.
