Arm Balances (March 29):

This workshop will benefit the beginner to the advanced practitioner with the detailed breakdown of technique and form for familiar and innovative arm balances. Build strength, improve your balance and focus, break a sweat and take flight in this vigorous, yet playful class.


Inversions (April 5):

Going upside down requires strength, balance, focus, and a good sense of humor. Whether you are just starting out or you invert on a daily basis, this workshop is for you. We will go through popular and unique inversions while offering plenty of modifications, progressions, and tools, for you to take with you to practice these at home.

Note: All levels are accepted and it is open to anyone interested. If a participant has an injury, especially in the upper body, we suggest they wait until they are in good health to participate, as the constant usage can make an injury worse.
