When: August 19-December 13
What: Participants will receive additional support, accountability, and up to date assessments during a lifestyle change. They will be paired with a qualified personal trainer and meet monthly to track their progress and set realistic goals in their personal weight management program. All assessments and discussions will take place in a private room.
Participants will meet four times through the semester to complete the following:
- Body Composition (Percent Body Fat)
- Circumference Measurements
- Realistic and Motivating Goal Setting
Other Notes: Participants will NOT be participating in workouts with a trainer or receiving plans from a trainer. If a participant would like further guidance from a trainer, they should be directed to our personal training services.
