Student Union

Reservations

The LaHaye Student Union is responsible for all reservations for the use of the LaHaye Student Union facilities. All patrons must fill out a Facility Request Form for reservation requests or inquiries.

This form can be accessed here. Once completed, please submit to the front desk at the LaHaye Student Union. Requests submitted less than 24 hrs in advance of the event requested will be denied.

Reservations are not confirmed until confirmation has been signed and returned to the LaHaye Student Union Information Desk.

The LaHaye Student Union reserves the right to refuse a reservation request from any group.
