My name is Mary Merat and I am excited to be coaching women’s disc golf. I started playing disc golf around 2007 with my husband, Joses. I initially played disc golf casually, but have enjoyed playing in more competitive settings recently. I graduated from Lynchburg College in 2009 with a BS in Elementary Education and recently graduated from Liberty in May of 2012 with a Masters of Education. I am currently teaching 2nd grade. Disc golf is a wonderful sport that can lead others to Christ through the relationships built.
