 Meghan Schenker is a part time assistant coach for the Liberty University Synchronized Skating Team.  Schenker attended Miami University of Ohio for her undergrad degree, where she also skated on the Miami University Varsity Synchronized skating team. Schenker was able to earn her University a National Championship in synchronized skating in 1998 and went to several International and World competitions during her 4 years on the skating team. Meghan graduated from Miami in 2002 with a teaching degree in special education and gifted education.  Schenker then attended the University of Virginia to pursue a Masters degree in Special Education, focusing on endorsements in LD and ED.  Schenker graduated from UVA in 2004 and has been teaching for 10 years in various grade levels. She currently owns a home in Charlottesville, VA and lives with her wonderful and active dog named Gus! Meghan has earned Gold level status in ice dancing and Moves in the Field. She is a PSA category A registered coach and has been involved in the skating world for more than 26 years. Meghan is from Orlando, Florida and  currently resides in Charlottesville Virginia where she  is a full time teacher in the Albemarle County Schools.
