Sara is entering into her second year as head coach. She was previously the assistant coach since the teams start back in 2009. She is a native of Canada where she played competitive hockey as a goalie from the age of five. Sara came to Liberty in 2006 when she decided to become a defenseman. Sara played three years on Liberty’s Women's DI team where she served as an assistant captain for two years and captain her final year.
Sara received her Undergraduate Degree at Liberty in Sports Management in 2009 and completed her Master’s Degree in Sports Administration and Sports Outdoor Recreation in May 2012.
