ASSISTANT COACH – NICK KNOWLES “2012”
Nick Knowles was one of coach Castro’s premier recruits out of high school hailing from California state perennial power program Calvary Chapel. Nick was a California state place-winner, and high school All American. Like Scott Clymer, Nick was a major contributor to the development of the reinstated program. Nick was undefeated in dual meets this past year contributing to the National dual meet championship team trophy along the way. Nick was an NCAA Division I national qualifier his junior year at Liberty but due to injury was only able to compete in a limited capacity this past year. Nick culminated his tenure at Liberty by becoming an NCWA national runner-up. Nick is finishing up his degree in kinesiology and resides in Lynchburg.
