Jackson is entering his third season as an on ice instructor. He is a native of Canada where he played competitive hockey for the Parry Sound Shamrocks, while growing up in Parry Sound. While playing for the Pary Sound Shamrocks, Jackson was awarded the Bobby Orr top defenseman award. Jackson was also the Captain for the Shamrocks his final season. Last year, Jackson played on Liberty’s Men’s Division 1 team as a defenseman and will be joining their team again for his junior year as an assistant captain.
Jackson is working on his Undergraduate Degree at Liberty in Kinesiology and Education. Outside of class and both hockey teams, Jackson is an SLD (Student Life Director) on his dorm hall.
Jackson helps out with on ice instruction during our weekly practices.
