Camp Hydaway offers a variety of opportunities for facility rental. The facilities are available for reservation by Liberty students, faculty, and staff.

If you are interested in reserving a facility, please take a moment to fill out a Facility Request Form. Facility Request Forms are also available in the Outfitter at Camp Hydaway. You can choose to either email your completed Facility Request Form to camphydaway@liberty.edu or return it to the front desk at Camp Hydaway.

All requests must be made 2 weeks prior to the date requested. Any requests for groups over 150 people must be made at least one month prior to the requested event.

Any set-up needs for tables, chairs, sound, etc. should be included on the Facility Request Form.

The event is not approved until you receive an email confirmation specifying the date and times of your event.
