All group exercise classes are FREE with valid Flames Pass and LaHaye Student Union membership.
- Classes are a first come first serve basis.
- There are only 30 spots available in each class.
- Pick up your class pass at Member Services the day of the class.
- You must present your pass to the instructor to enter the class.

Body Sculpt – Experience a fusion of fast paced cardio drills, challenging strength training moves and effective core exercises. Have fun while reaching new fitness levels. 60 minutes/1 hour
Fit-X30 – In this 30 minute version of Body Sculpt you will blast calories, burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness. You will complete just two circuits of cardio, strength and abdominal exercises for a short, but effective workout. 30 minutes
H.I.I.T – High intensity interval training combines maximal effort high-intensity drills with short recovery periods to increase your calorie burn and maximize results. You will push yourself to the limit to improve your fitness in the shortest amount of time. 30 minutes
ReNew – Rejuvenate and renew the body by performing a structured series of exercises and poses in this 60 minute class. This class will work all muscle groups: increasing your total body strength, balance, and flexibility. 60 minutes/1 hour
