Students who submit their confirmation deposit or have already been accepted are able to attend CFAW for free and will not have to pay the $50 registration fee. You may only use this option for one free visit to CFAW.

Shuttle Service To/From Lynchburg Airport
If you are arriving on Thursday afternoon and leaving on Sunday, a shuttle service will be provided to and from Liberty to the Lynchburg airport, bus stations, and train stations for students who let our office know ahead of time. The shuttle service is only provided for Lynchburg pick-ups. We monitor all arrival times and have shuttles waiting for CFAW guests outside the arrival area. Please look for a Liberty bus and driver in a red Liberty shirt. If you do not see a shuttle upon arrival, call the Visitors Center to confirm a shuttle is on its way. Please contact the Visitors Center in advance at (434) 582-2064 to schedule a pickup time.
Please note that transportation is not available for departing flights or trains prior to 7 a.m.
We have a bus service available to Liberty University from Ontario, Canada for the April 2019 CFAW. Register for the event and bus service before Feb. 1, 2019, for only $100 or for $125 after that date. Check out our itinerary for more information!
If you travel to CFAW via train, plane, or bus (i.e. public transportation) to Lynchburg, VA and then attend Liberty as a student, we will reimburse your fare up to $750. Once you arrive on campus as a current Liberty student, contact the Student Advocate Office for more information on what you need to do in order to receive this credit.

When you check-in, the Office of Residence Life will give you a room assignment in the residence halls. If you have a friend or sibling who is a student with whom you would like to room during CFAW, they must request that you stay in their room through their Resident Assistant (RA).
Students registered and attending CFAW are provided a meal pass that includes all meals for the weekend at our Reber-Thomas Dining Hall. Parents attending CFAW also have the opportunity to purchase meals at a discounted rate in the dining hall during their time on campus.
All meals in the Food Court at Reber-Thomas Dining Hall are provided to all registered and attending CFAW students. CFAW students are encouraged to bring some spending money to enjoy many of our other retail dining options outlined below.
Parents and family members are invited to enjoy meals across campus. Parents are also invited to attend the CFAW Parent Session taking place Friday morning where a light breakfast and coffee are provided.

Liberty University is proud to offer several dining locations in addition to the main dining hall. Parents, family members, and CFAW students may enjoy the following options during their time on our campus. CFAW student meal passes are not able to be used at the locations below.
