The residential Master of Business Administration Program at Liberty is designed for continuing education and working adults who wish to pursue a graduate degree in business. The MBA program offers a rigorous curriculum, which emphasizes the tools and methods needed to succeed in the management of business. In each course students are pushed to excel and gain the skills necessary to enhance their current career or begin a new one.

Requirements

  • $50 application fee (beginning Fall 2016, the application fee will be deferred and assessed during Financial Check-In)
  • Regionally or nationally accredited Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.0 GPA for admission in good standing (2.5 to 2.99 may be admitted on caution)
    • Official College Transcripts (must be mailed directly from your college to Liberty University in an official, sealed envelope or sent via an official electronic sending service such as E-Script, Parchment, National Clearinghouse, etc.)

    • If you would like for Liberty University to request that your college transcripts be submitted and do not have a current balance at your university, please complete the Transcript Request Form (for domestic students only).
  • Students without the required undergraduate coursework must pass BMAL 590 and earn a minimum GPA of 3.0 on any other graduate level coursework 
  • Prerequisites:
    • A minimum of 15 hours of upper level (300-400 level) undergraduate coursework in Business
    • For Accounting cognates ONLY (taken prior to graduate accounting courses)

      • Taxation I
      • Auditing
  • Self-Certification Form (for students in the final term of their bachelor's degree)
  • Current Liberty undergraduate students seeking preliminary acceptance into a graduate program must complete a Graduation Application through their ASIST Account.
