• $50 application fee (waived for current Liberty students and Alumni, please complete paper application) 
• Accredited Bachelor's degree with at least a 2.0 GPA
• Official college transcripts (a sealed, unopened copy)
• Self-Certification Form (for students in the final term of their bachelor's degree)
• Complete Seminary Questionnaire Form* 
• Pastoral Recommendation Form
• Current Liberty undergraduate applicants must complete Graduation Application.
• Additional admission requirements for international students
