Becoming an Educational Agent

Are you interested in partnering with Liberty to recruit international students? Contact our Coordinator of International Recruitment, Asian Specialist Hannah Baik to find out how you can make an impact on the lives of future college students.

Admission Process

In order to be effective as an educational agent, you will need to understand how the admission process works for our international students.

Agent Expectations

Liberty University requires all educational agents to forward only completed admission files for international applicants. It is the agent's responsibility to ensure that applicants are providing authentic documentation, evidence of English language proficiency, academic records, and financial ability and/or sponsorship. Please be sure to write your source code, provided to you by the Coordinator of International Recruitment, on top of all applications and admissions documents. Please refer to your signed Agent Agreement for additional details and clarification.

It is the responsibility of the agent to provide an invoice for commission payment within 45 days of the first day of classes. The invoice should list the names of the students whose applications were submitted by the Agent for the current semester, the amount owed, and remittance instructions. The university reserves the right to pay a reduced commission or no commission at all on invoices submitted later than 60 days after the first day of classes.

In addition to the invoice, Liberty University also requires each agent to submit a copy of the W-8BEN form.
