Appeals

All white-glove, checkout, residence hall damage, and key charges must be appealed to the Office of Student Housing within 30 days of the date the charges are posted to the student's bill. All appeals must be in writing, with a copy of the student's school bill attached. A telephone call will not properly secure the appeal.
