Analytics Training at Liberty University
- Survey Development: The analytics team has a wealth of knowledge with regards to developing surveys. We work with departments across the university in creating surveys for A-Day as well as many other topics. We can help either in developing an entire survey from scratch or providing a critical review of what already exists.

- Only ask questions where you can impact the answers
- Make sure questions are singularly focused.
- Keep a consistent point of view.
- Consider a matrix when asking a series of questions with the same response option.
- Do not overwhelm the respondent with too many questions.
- Avoid open-ended questions unless absolutely necessary.
