Short-term disability pays 60% of an employee’s weekly wages up to $1,000 per week.

In addition, an enrolled employee’s coverage will include long-term disability (LTD) coverage. If an employee is out for six months, he/she will begin receiving 60% of their base pay, up to $7,500, upon approval.
