Creative Arts Team

The Creative Arts team is a part of YouthQuest that contains guys and girls who are exceptionally gifted in drama, comedy and media arts and are devoted to serving the Lord with their talents. The team uses comedy as an icebreaker for getting to know students as well as and more importantly a way to open a door for the Gospel. The team also uses their ability on stage to present biblical truths to students, such as God’s love.

Why YQ? I believe that God called me to YouthQuest by having multiple people encouraging me to audition. I had no idea that this is what I wanted to do, but I felt God was leading me into this direction. To my surprise, I made the team! I have a huge heart for youth and I am excited to travel and share the gospel with the youth where it is desperately needed!

Why YQ? I am so thankful God has allowed me to be on YouthQuest because He has given me a passion for ministry. There is nothing more satisfying in life than my relationship with Christ, sharing Him with others, and seeing lives radically transformed. I am humbled that God has chosen a sinner like me to be a vessel for His glory by allowing me to be a part of YouthQuest.

Why YQ? YouthQuest is allowing me to be a part of a kind of ministry that I love. Working with young people and being able to pour into their lives is a blessing in itself.

Why YQ?  I chose to audition for YouthQuest because I have a heart for Christ, and my relationship for Him first blossomed in my own youth group in California. Some of my greatest memories are of me and my friends going to camp and having a blast with the teams that would serve there. There is no greater honor than for me to serve the next generation of believers, and help train them to be warriors for Christ!

Why YQ? Youthquest is an extremely unique ministry team here at Liberty. My freshman year I knew I wanted to serve on a ministry team; however, I did not know which one. I feel like the Lord strategically made the path clear to lead me to Youthquest, a ministry in which I can pour into the lives of todays teens while making an impact, having fun, serving, using my talent, and being able to glory God, all in one. I am so excited to see where the Lord is taking this ministry this year and so ready to be intentional with youth!
